Cross Stitch Tutorials
These videos cover the basics of how to cross stitch and how to create a design for stitching. These videos were produced in collaboration with the Boulder Public Library, filmed with the crew from the BLDG 61 maker space, and supported financially by the Boulder Library Foundation. The “kits” referenced in the videos are part of the “Stitch our Stories” workshops, which are a smaller, local iteration of the Stitching the Situation work. These have slightly different contents than the block kits for the larger project, so what you are working with, the tools and materials at your disposal, may be different.
Each video is closed captioned, and subtitles are also available in Spanish.
